The best way to describe I Remember When… is to say that we have heart! We are a great group of women
who love to scrapbook and share our passion with others. We strive to continually keep our instructors updated with current
teaching material using leading manufacturer's products.
The support you will get with I Remember When… is second to none. Although we are a fairly new and
small company, that gives us the ability to offer our instructors the best personal attention in the industry.
I Remember When… originally started as a local scrapbook storefront in 1997. It grew to be one of the
largest stores in Oregon when we launched our instructor division in 1999. It became apparent that there were direct sales
customers in our market that wanted more selection and variety than the other home party companies had to offer. After a couple
of years of holding workshops in our local area, we opened up our instructor program all over the country. It soon became
a hit with instructors who wanted the best of both worlds. They wanted to be able to purchase and sell all of their favorite
products as well as have an opportunity to play a bigger part in the scrapbook industry.

In
July of 2005, we partnered with Xyron, Inc. As a sister company with Xyron, this offers us many more benefits and opportunities
to help teach the importance of memory preservation with some of the newest products in the retail market. As an Instructor
with IRW, we have the opportunity to test and demo many of the newest products that are being developed for the retail market.
Along with that, we can offer our customers products like the Wishblade, the Design Runner, the Personal Die Cutting System
and all of the other great Xyron products.
WHY I CHOSE TO WORK WITH
I
chose to join IRW because it was a company with a product that I believed in. I was a public school art teacher for 6 years
in North Carolina and decided I wanted to be a stay-at-home-mom. I quickly realized
that I was missing adult interaction and needed to remain busy with something when I found I Remember When online. It offered
a great opportunity to sell retail products to customers from my home and had an “artistic flare” that other companies
didn’t have. As an Independent Instructor, I offer these products to my in-home customers at the same price or even
a lower price than they would see in a retail store. I can offer personal attention that they won’t get anywhere else.

Remember When.... strives to give you some of the newest products that arrive on the retail scene many times a year. Our core
catalog has all of the basic supplies for scrapbooking and is released once a year. Our supplements are released several times
a year with all of the fun extras to add to your scrapbooking pleasure.
At
IRW, we have recently restructured our sign on procedures for new instructors. If you want to have a business that creates
an income from commissions, if you want to recruit to build a team, or if you want to move to different levels in the company....
you must meet a monthly minimum of $100. That is only $75 cost after you take
your upfront 25% off any orders that are placed with Home Office. If you would just like to get your scrapbooking products
at a discount and not worry about meeting minimums each month, then our hobbyist level would be great for you! As a hobbyist,
you only have to place a minimum $50 (retail) order within a 3 month period. That means you’d get $50 of product for
only $37.50 when you use your 25% discount! If that interests you, we would love
you to join us as a hobbyist.
Being
an Independent Instructor for I Remember When allows you the freedom to make your own decisions and reap the rewards of those
efforts. One of the benefits of becoming an IRW Instructor is that you can structure your business to suit your own needs,
and those of your family. It has provided me a way to share the joy of scrapbooking and help others safely preserve their
family memories.
